When ground was broken for this affordable housing community, they sought a brand that would capture the historic elements of the existing neighborhood while embodying a fresh, new start for families in need.

Once the new brand was created and the community opened its doors, it sold out to 100% capacity within weeks of opening.

Today, Big Buzz Brands continues to manage marketing as the development just celebrated the opening of a fifth phase and prepares for the unveiling of the final phase.
