The Big Buzz approach discourages dental practices from deploying marketing by individual project until a firm marketing foundation is in place first. That firm foundation is the Marketing Platform. Once a practice completes the Marketing Platform, there are three options available:

  1. Continue with Big Buzz’s most popular offering by converting to Total Marketing: Dentists or Total Marketing: Cosmetic Dentists
  2. Have Big Buzz execute Individual Projects in order of priority as shown in the Marketing Platform, or
  3. Call it good and part ways.

Internal Marketing

Big Buzz offers a variety of internal marketing strategies that we can execute on behalf of your practice, or train your team on how to execute them. Trainings are available for a range of tactics, including how to improve phone skills, how to ask for referrals and much more.

Review Strategy

The Review Strategy includes two hours of consultation time as well as an easy-to-implement strategy that engages patients and encourages them to write an online review. This strategy may involve in-office signage, a review card, follow-up thank you cards and/or email touches.

Location. All projects can be completed via email, phone or our conference line. If you would like for us to come to your location, we can include that in the scope of work.

Duration. From kickoff call to completion, expect this to project to span two to three weeks.

Scheduling. The review strategy can begin within one week of receiving the signed contract and first payment.

Deliverable. You will receive up to two hours of consultation as well as a one-page document detailing the review strategy. You will also receive up to eight hours of agency time to design and develop any necessary materials. Delivery of electronic final files is included. Print and fulfillment is not included. Big Buzz will promptly furnish and disclose to client all materials (including but not limited to software, text and any deliverables) and any other works delivered to client or prepared or developed by or for client in the course of or resulting from the provision of services under this agreement and all intellectual property rights relating to the foregoing (collectively the “deliverables”). All right, title and interest in the deliverables, other than prior works (defined below), vests in client and is deemed to be a work made for hire; and, to the extent it is not considered a work made for hire, Big Buzz hereby assigns client all right, title and interest in and to such deliverables. If the deliverables include items developed prior to the earlier of the performance of the services or the date of this agreement or any third party materials (“prior works”), Big Buzz hereby grants client an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to make, have made, use, market, import, distribute, copy, modify, prepare derivative works, perform, transmit, display, disclose, sublicense and otherwise exploit such prior works.

Implementation Guidance. You will be educated on how to implement and adjust the review strategy over the course of the two hours of consultative time included in this proposal.

Participation Requirements. You will need to be present for at least one, 30-minute phone call/meeting to review the review strategy. You will also be held responsible for implementing the dental marketing strategy into your practice.

Creative Brainstorm Strategy

We will conduct a one-hour creative brainstorm among our team and yours in order to gather a multitude of ideas that will increase brand awareness and attract patients to your practice.

Location. Your office, if located in Colorado. Out-of-state client brainstorms will be done over the phone, or clients may request in-person brainstorm for an additional fee.

Duration. The brainstorm will last one hour.

Scheduling. The creative brainstorm can be held within one week of receiving the signed contract and first payment.

Deliverable. You will receive up to two hours of consultation as well as a one-page document detailing the brainstorm initiatives. You will also receive up to eight hours of agency time to design and develop any necessary materials. Delivery of electronic final files is included. Print and fulfillment is not included.
