Wendy is the founder and CEO of Big Buzz, a marketing agency delivering a steady stream of tour-ready leads to teams serving the senior living industry. For more than 15 years, her firm has helped senior living marketing and sales teams nurture leads to increase occupancy, grow and scale. Wendy is the author of the book Flourish!: The Method Used by Aging Services Organizations for the Ultimate Marketing Results, has been published in McKnight’s, has been a regular contributor to Forbes, and has been quoted in The Washington Post, ABC News and Chicago Tribune. She has been honored by the American Marketing Association for excellence in her field and has been named a Gold Key Award Winner by the Business Marketing Association. In her two-decades-long career, she has consulted with hundreds of care organizations globally to support in improved nurture marketing outcomes.

Melinda has been a senior living sales and marketing expert at Big Buzz since 2016 and holds a key position on the firm’s leadership team. She consults with organizations nationwide to optimize marketing strategies for best results. Melinda received her master’s degree in strategic leadership in healthcare from the University of Denver in 2016. Melinda is affiliate faculty for Metropolitan State University of Denver in the Department of Health Professions, where she educates the younger demographic about the current and future challenges for healthcare leaders and where we can work together to provide the highest quality of future care. She has taught dozens of courses and has consulted with more than a hundred healthcare organizations to help guide marketing success.
